Injection molded product dimensions are typically determined by the mold-tool minus a shrink rate that depends on the resin properties. Utilizing our onsite measurement resources, ProAction Products will conduct dimensional inspections in accordance with the client instructions. ProAction offers AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation, statistical capability studies (Cp, CPK), and critical dimension statistical process control (SPC) reports. Rates vary based on dimensional requirements, measurement labor time, and inspection tolerances.
To extend mold tooling life, our customers rely on ProAction Products to maintain, refurbish and repair their valuable tooling assets. Customer mold storage, part injection molding, and mold maintenance are all integrated into one facility. Preventive maintenance and unplanned maintenance labor costs are logged by hour and summarized either monthly or quarterly in a customer summary report.
As a custom, build-to-print, injection molder, we carefully review customer drawing and purchase order requirements. We only use specified raw materials, colorants, and structural additives and provide lot specific manufacturer furnished certifications with customer orders.
When product molding is complete, ProAction Products will securely package, schedule pickup and delivery using the customer's preferred logistics provider to national points-of-use.
